Meet Our New Friends!

Across all three of our signature tile collections, we’ve been quietly hand-crafting a wave of new designs: luminous lighthouses, seaworthy sailboats, darting dragonflies, buzzing bumblebees, and so much more. These new tiles are handmade with the same love and attention to detail that’s been at the heart of Wet Dog Tile Co from the very beginning.

Additions to The Ocean Dog Tile Collection

The Ocean Dog Tile Collection has always celebrated life along the coast – sea, salt air, and sandy paws. The new Friends joining this collection are nothing short of spectacular, drawing inspiration directly from real American coastlines and the creatures that call them home.

Real American lighthouses, re-imagined in handmade tile. We’ve hand-crafted seven different lighthouse designs, each one based on an iconic, real lighthouse found around the coasts of the United States. Each lighthouse tile is its own distinct character: different tower shapes, different stripe patterns, different history behind them!

Sailboats in every size. What’s a coastal tile collection without a few boats out on the water? We’ve added new sailboat Friends in a range of sizes! Mix and match sizes across your installation to create the feeling of a whole fleet caught mid-voyage. These tiles shine in nautical bathrooms, laundry rooms, and coastal kitchens.

Two new pelicans have landed. Joining the Ocean Dog family are two distinct pelican profile tiles, each capturing a different silhouette of this beloved coastal bird. Pelicans have such an unmistakable profile, and our handmade versions honor every curve.

Additions to The Lake, Pond, & River Dog Tile Collection

If the Ocean Dog Collection is the sound of waves and salt spray, the Lake, Pond & River Dog Tile Collection is the quiet magic of still water at dawn; cattails swaying, insects hovering, the call of a loon echoing across the surface. The new Friends added to this collection are some of our most intricate and life-filled designs to date.

New dragonfly and butterfly variants. Our original dragonfly and butterfly tiles have been among the most beloved Friends since day one, so we made more! The new variants explore different wing positions and different moments of movement, giving you even more options to build a lush, garden and water-inspired installation.

New Bumblebees and Moths have arrived – and they’re adorable. Bees and moths are not new to the Wet Dog Tile Co family, but they bring such warmth, whimsy, and mystery to every installation they’re in that we couldn’t help but make more. Pair the bees with the butterfly and dragonfly tiles for a full pollinator garden feel. Mix our new moths with fireflies for a nostalgic dusk scene.

Fireflies – capturing lightning in a tile. This might be our most magical new addition. Firefly tiles bring the warmth of a summer evening into permanent handmade ceramic form.

Loons: a proper salute to the north woods. No lake tile collection would be complete without the loon, and we’re thrilled to finally introduce them to the family. With their striking plumage and that haunting call that anyone who’s spent time near a northern lake knows by heart, the loon tile is instantly iconic.

The Snow Dog Tile Collection – and Beyond

The Snow Dog Tile Collection is where warmth and winter meet. A couple new Friends have joined the family and here’s the exciting part: these additions aren’t just for Snow Dog fans. They’ve been folded into all three tile collections, so no matter which world your installation lives in, these tiles are available to you.

A brand new Fur Baby variant. Dogs have always been the heart of Wet Dog Tile Co. The newest Fur Baby variant is another handmade dog tile full of personality. Whether you have a dog that looks just like it or you simply love the idea of a forever-pup immortalized in ceramic on your wall, this tile is pure joy.

A brand new large dog bone tile. Big, bold, and unmistakably for the dog lovers. The new large dog bone tile is a statement piece – use it as a focal point in a backsplash, center it on a fireplace surround, or anchor a pet-themed mudroom installation. Its larger scale gives it real visual presence, and it looks fantastic in any of our three collections.

Because these two new additions fit naturally across all three of our collections, they’re available to mix into Ocean Dog, Lake Pond & River, and Snow Dog installations alike, making them some of the most versatile Friends we’ve ever made.
